Update on Jane
Hi All:
Just a quick note to give you an update. Things are happening faster than we thought. Yesterday, Jane’s doctors again expressed their pleasure at how well she is doing. The catheter was removed, and she was able to sit up in the chair for most of the day. She also did a bit of walking around the room. Last evening, her condition was upgraded to “less critical”, and she was moved to a new room in CCU. By 9:00pm, she was really ready for sleep, so we all left. She’s also been pretty much off the drugs, too, and has only had to use the pain medication a few times. This morning, we got a call telling us she has been moved into a regular room, number 567. Hoo-rah!! God is so good!!!!! Now she can receive more than just two visitors at a time. She says to tell you thanks for all your prayers (of course, I say ditto to that). I’m looking forward to getting her home (maybe tomorrow).

Bob, please tell Jane I send my best. I’ve been praying for her. God is really good, isn’t He? How amazing that she’s doing so well. She’s an amazing godly woman—provides me with tremendous encouragement as do you. You’re a lucky guy :-)
